Launched in 2025, Nature Nurture Nourish is about aligning mind, body and spirit while immersed in the elements and the warm community of Treasure Beach.

The retreat is an inclusive, open-minded, safe space open to anyone over 18 years of age. We welcome all genders, ethnicities, races, orientations, abilities (with reasonable accommodations available – please inquire) and dietary restrictions.

Each day during the retreat is intentionally planned and curated to stimulate, inspire and explore in alignment with the themes of ‘Nature’, ‘Nurture’ and ‘Nourish’. The itinerary includes a wide range of activities and experiences, all in collaboration with local businesses.

Whether you’re looking for inspiration, a reset or more alignment in your life, join us as we come together to pause, celebrate life and return to ourselves!

Treasure Beach is a group of fishing villages on the south coast of Jamaica, in the parish of St. Elizabeth. This is the Jamaica that most tourists never experience, with no all-inclusive resorts or private beaches in sight. Rather, it’s about community-based tourism, where the typical barriers between locals and tourists don't exist. It’s often described as ‘bohemian’ or ‘artsy’, but these words don’t really do it justice.

Visitors to Treasure Beach typically fly into Montego Bay (a drive of 2.5 hours) or Kingston (3 hours). And just wait until you see what awaits: turquoise waters, arid but bountiful landscapes, star-studded skies, sunsets that take your breath away every single time, sweet reggae music, and warm and generous people.

Participating in a retreat in Treasure Beach is all the more significant at this moment given that the area faced widespread devastation during Hurricane Melissa, the strongest Category 5 hurricane on record, which made landfall in the adjacent area in October. This devastation occurred just 15 months after another hurricane–Beryl–and caused major damage to the coastline, homes and businesses in the area. Tourism is the lifeblood of Treasure Beach, so your participation makes a vital contribution to the area’s recovery.
