Itinerary

Each day during the retreat is intentionally planned and curated to stimulate, inspire and explore the themes of ‘Nature’, ‘Nurture’ and ‘Nourish’. The itinerary includes a wide variety of activities and experiences, all in collaboration with local businesses and partners. The list below is indicative and will be updated.

Day 1 (Saturday, May 16): ARRIVAL

  • Arrival in Montego Bay and transfer (by road) to Treasure Beach

  • Welcome Dinner (meeting each other, getting acquainted and sharing our intentions)

Day 2 (Sunday, May 17): NATURE

  • Morning yoga/movement

  • Boat excursion to Black River, Pelican Bar and private beach (with lunch & drinks)

 

Day 3 (Monday, May 18): NURTURE

  • Morning yoga/movement

  • Volunteer activity in the community

  • Lunch out 

  • Free time

  • Writing circle

 

Day 4 (Tuesday, May 19): NOURISH

  • Morning yoga/movement

  • Art activity

  • Lunch out

  • Free time

  • Optional sunset drinks at local bar

 

Day 5 (Wednesday, May 20): ALIGNMENT

  • Sunrise hike

  • Excursion to YS Falls, with lunch

  • Free time

  • Closing Dinner

  • Open-mic/closing with beach bonfire

 

Day 6 (Thursday, May 21): DEPARTURE

  • Morning yoga/movement

  • Departure to Montego Bay

 

Please note that while the retreat pricing includes all excursions and group activities, you may opt out of any activity you wish.
